DMCA Notification Procedure

- Contact information: Physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address of the complaining party.

- Accuracy statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the affected right.
Action and Response to Takedown Requests
Upon receipt of an infringement notification that complies with all the legal requirements described above, we will immediately:
- Remove or disable direct access to the link that redirects to the infringing material on our portal.
- Notify the deletion of the link in our database.
- Terminate the access of repeat infringers when technical and system conditions allow it.
